2008-2009 Registration Materials

Your child's registration forms and first tuition payment are
due on June 1st, 2008. There are three steps to the registration process:

  1. Carefully read through the DJCNS Bylaws, Handbook, and Information for Parents document and Discipline Policy
  2. Download and print out a set of Registration Forms and the Tuition Schedule for 2008-09.
  3. Submit your completed registration forms and tuition payment by June 1st, 2008.

If you have trouble accessing the site or printing out the forms, call (609) 683-1344 to make other arrangements.

2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR
Wait List Begins after 8 am on September 15th.
Open House Join us for our spring Open House on Thursday, May 1st, 2008 at 11 am.
Enrollment Application

To secure your place on the waiting list, please complete the DJCNS Enrollment Application and mail this form along with a $25 non-refundable application fee to the address provided on the form.

Open Enrollment We are now accepting applications for open enrollment.
School Tours Available anytime by appointment. or call (609) 683-1344 to schedule a tour.

Interested families should contact the Registrar and complete the DJCNS Enrollment Application to be placed on the wait list. Once the application is received, the Registrar will contact you to schedule a school tour.

Internal Enrollment begins in January. During this time, registration is prioritized for currently enrolled students, siblings of current or previously enrolled students, and children of past and present teachers.

Open Enrollment begins after internal enrollment is completed. Once class lists have been finalized, the Registrar will contact those families whose child(ren) has been placed. A $450 non-refundable deposit and $100 Activity Fee is required at this time to secure the placement of the child(ren) in the school.

FINANCIAL AID

DJCNS provides financial aid through the Mary Dietrich and Eleanor Thomas Funds. Applications are available through the Treasurer. The financial aid committee maintains confidentiality regarding all applicants and recipients. for more information.
